Live, Trust, Praise: Choosing Faith Over Fear Every Day

Colossians 1:13-14, 21-22:
“For He has rescued us from the dominion of darkness and brought us into the kingdom of the Son He loves, in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins… Once you were alienated from God and were enemies in your minds because of your evil behavior. But now He has reconciled you by Christ’s physical body through death to present you holy in His sight, without blemish and free from accusation.”

TL;DR: Life changes when we stop striving and start trusting. Instead of carrying burdens alone, embrace God’s love, trust in His plan, and praise Him for all He has done, is doing, and will do!

This morning, I listened to a sermon by Adrian Rogers, and something he said deeply resonated with me:

“Learn dying and start living.”
“Stop trying and start trusting.”
“Stop crying and start praising.”

What a powerful reminder!

We have so much to be thankful for in Christ Jesus. When I reflect on my own journey, I see how often I’ve wandered down the wrong path, only to be lovingly brought back into fellowship with Him. No matter how far we fall, His love never changes.

God is always there, hand outstretched, waiting for us to reach back. But how many times have I tried to do it on my own, relying on my own strength instead of His? The truth is, all my righteous acts are like filthy rags compared to His surpassing greatness.

Today, I’m remembering where I’ve been and how God has delivered me through it all. He is with us always, even to the end of the age! (Matthew 28:20)

So today, I choose to LIVE fully in His grace, TRUST in His perfect plan, and PRAISE Him for His endless love and faithfulness.

LIVE because He has redeemed us.
TRUST because He is working all things for good.
PRAISE because He alone is worthy!

Will you join me in choosing to Live, Trust & Praise today?
