This morning, as I sat in my “Son” room, the sun was rising across my face and it reminded me of this beautiful verse. The warmth of the “Son” is the comfort found in Jesus. No matter what is happening, there is rest in knowing, “God’s got this.” His way. His timing. Simply TRUST completely.
I love having a “Son” room. It is my special place set aside to read my Bible and pray. Even while traveling, I always create a “Son” spot somewhere. A chair, a corner, a quiet place to sit with God. That intentional time keeps my heart centered on trusting Him and allowing His Holy Spirit to guide what I think, say, and do.
Life can become loud and distracting very quickly. Having a dedicated place to meet with Jesus helps bring peace back into focus. It is a reminder that true freedom is not found in circumstances but in the presence of Christ.
The Son sets people free indeed.
I hope there is a “Son” room or a “Son” spot set aside too—a quiet place to pause, pray, and rest in His presence.
