About Kimberly Mathews
Hello…My name is Kimberly Mathews. I designed the Holy, Healthy, Happy lifestyle program to help women and young children live better lives, through the powerful gift of Jesus…
My Background
Many of us struggle. We all struggle; it’s the humane condition. Personally, I used to be a mess. I looked good on the outside; a 1984 Olympic hopeful, Exercise Specialist from Purdue University and Fashion Enthusiast, but I was filled with loneliness and despair on the inside. I suffered with alcoholism and all that goes with it.
Today, I live a joyful life. I have learned to thrive, without using alcohol or any other compulsive behavior to cope, and now teach others how to do the same.
The Mission
The mission of my Holy, Healthy, and Happy program is to help people stop struggling and be truly well in all areas of their lives.
2 Corinthians 5:17
Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!
This is the ROCK of the Holy, Healthy. Happy program. I’d like to bring this program to you, your loved ones, women’s or youth group and help you help each other enjoy all that God has for you.
John 10:10
10 The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.

The Christian life skills taught in this Holy, Healthy, Happy curriculum help participants to thrive, regardless of their life circumstances.
This is a Christian Wellness program. I am a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church in Sparta, WI. My Statement of faith is represented by the Nicene or Apostles creed.
APOSTLES’ CREED
I believe in God, the Father almighty, maker of heaven and earth.
I believe in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord, who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried. He descended into hell. The third day he rose again from the dead. He ascended into heaven and is seated at the right hand of God the Father almighty. From there he will come to judge the living and the dead.
I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy Christian Church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and the life everlasting. Amen.
