2 Corinthians 6:9
“Known, yet regarded as unknown; dying, and yet we live on; beaten, and yet not killed; 10 sorrowful, yet always rejoicing; poor, yet making many rich; having nothing, and yet possessing everything.”
Are you living in the world or in the Lord?
When I catch myself trying to “fix” my circumstances, I often realize I’m focusing on my physical needs or personal desires. But if I truly want to change my life, I need to adjust my heart. The shift begins by focusing not on what I lack—but on what I have in Christ Jesus.
Matthew 6:33 reminds us:
“But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.”
Even in seasons of sorrow, hardship, or deep uncertainty, we can still experience God’s joy and peace. We can appear to “have nothing” in the eyes of the world but possess everything that truly matters in Christ.
Let’s not measure our lives by worldly standards. Let’s live rooted in the truth that God is our provider, our peace, and our purpose. You are rich in Him—today and always.
