Pray the Word—It’s Powerful and Full of Life!

John 1:4-5
“In Him was life, and that life was the light of men. 5 The light shines in the darkness, but the darkness has not understood it.”

Jeremiah 17:14
“Heal me, O Lord, and I will be healed; save me and I will be saved, for You are the one I praise.”

TL;DR:

Struggling with faith? You’re not alone. God’s Word is full of life and power. When you pray directly from Scripture, you tap into truth that shines in the darkest places. Even in doubt, pray boldly—His light will meet you there.

I’ve heard people say, “Some people just can’t have faith.”
But I don’t believe that.

I believe every person is deeply loved by God. Every one of us has the ability to turn our lives and wills over to Him—because of the power of the Holy Spirit working in us.

Even when I struggle with faith (and I do), I stop and pray:
“Lord, I believe—help me with my unbelief.”

Sometimes, God feels far away. Especially when prayers go unanswered—or at least not answered in the way I hoped. But I’m learning to trust that God doesn’t need to answer my prayers my way—He just needs me to trust Him in His way.

Even in my doubts, I try to keep shining His light. Because just like John 1 says, His light shines in the darkness, and the darkness can’t overcome it.

If you’re going through a tough time with your faith, pray the Word.
Here’s one I love:
Jeremiah 17:14 – “Heal me, O Lord, and I will be healed; save me and I will be saved, for You are the One I praise.”

These simple, powerful prayers directly from Scripture anchor me when I feel lost or weak. They help me reconnect with God’s truth, and they will help you too.

Pray the Word. It’s powerful. It’s life. And it brings light into every darkness. 😇🙏
